At that moment the company was not satisfied with the marketing strategy, as it had been focused on improving product quality and optimization of production processes. Marketing was considered as a secondary function is in the background. However, a change was planned existing marketing strategy, as the company plans to enter the European market.

When evaluating the marketing activities of a company, profitability was measured, attracting new customers, increasing the company's market share. Satisfaction analysis clients was carried out, all the problems were identified and resolved in the process of implementation of the order. Besides, we considered internal and external influences to the business that could affect marketing activities – what were strengths and threats, and what we had to do about them.
