Objective
While working on the project, we applied a set of techniques through which it was possible to predict what kind of experience a consumer would get when choosing a product. Based on the image of a customer, a communication plan was created. Each stage of interaction was thought out and the design was developed. Once the project was launched, we began to closely monitor the service's performance based on customer feedback.
Work
Once we have studied the client’s business, we had to decide which marketing activities will ensure your target market know about the offered products or services. Graphic design is the art of translating meanings into visual images to establish communication between the manufacturer and the consumer – that’s why it was important to make the visual part perfect.
Results
Visual branding and other brand elements of our creative marketing strategy helped to solidify brand recognition, attract new customers and simplify the work process. Presenting a brand consistently across different platforms in the future will help to increase revenue by 30%. The client’s long-term and short-term marketing goals relating to providing customers with a qualitative brand perception were reached.
