Objective
Heavy competition in the marketplace, limited domestic awareness, and under-defined brand identity all stood as obstacles to a launch strictly confined to digital media. We assisted the client to overcome these problems. We had to help the client create a digital-driven launch campaign, from big idea branding to post-launch success, across all digital channels.
Work
We have adopted a social-first approach to content marketing. Social display ads combine this great content with the efficiencies and scale of programmatic. As we employed a multi-platform approach, we provided robust targeting capabilities including social and display ads.
Results
Brand awareness in homes exposed to the campaigns was 16%, versus 12% in exposed homes, moving it above a key competitor and demonstrating the power of TV – which was the only activity running at the time of the campaign. Our client went from almost no spontaneous advertising awareness to surpassing the main competitor and supermarket petrol brands. 71% of client’s buyers said they are more likely to consider buying the client’s product, 65% of the audience agreed they felt warmer towards the brand, 62% uplift in value sales.
